Here is the way. Jeeyapuram is not having an airport of its own. So yu reach Trichy through air or land and lot of autos and taxis are available to come to jeeyapuram. Its about 15 km drive from Trichy main. If you want to use public transport means, town buses (route no: 97) and moffusil buses (From Trichy to Karur) ply frequently and you may use that.

It is nice to know about Jeeyapuram and about the ten-day Rama Navami Festival. Only the other day I read about the Alangudi Radha Kalyana Utsavam. One feels like being in Tamil Nadu. Unfortunately, we, who had to come in search of livelihood to the North in the 1950s, are now continuing to stay on here, in places like Delhi. Thugh the Tamil population continues to hold its cultural ties in tact, we do miss the Ramanavami Utsavam and Radha Kalyana Utsavam, etc., being held in different parts of Tamil Nadu. I do hope a chance will come my way, at least in 2009, to attend the Rama Navami Utsavam in Jeeyapuram. With the Blessings of Lord Rama, Sita Devi and Anjanevya, I am sure I will be able to fulfil this desire of mine. Kindly do remember to send me the Programme for the Festival to be held in 2009, as and when it is ready. Thanks a lot.
